Briefing Procedures:

• Briefs are broken down into 3 project boards – Creative/Design, Photography, and Video
• Follow the appropriate link below depending on the request needed
• Fill out the form to the best of your abilities
• Submit the form
• Once submitted, you will be added as a collaborator to the project and will be able to follow the progress of the project through completion
• Your request will then be prioritized and worked on as soon as possible

Additional Notes/Disclaimers:

• Submission of a brief does not guarantee completion within the lead times listed.
• This is not intended to a be a first come - first serve system. Higher priority jobs will trump lower priority ones, even if lower priority jobs were submitted earlier.
• We can always upgrade priorities when emergencies arise or we have an immediate opportunity to sell product.
• Note that when emergencies do come up it pushes back other planned projects so please plan ahead appropriately.
